Luster Decal Sheets For use on any vitreous surface: enamel on metal, enamel on window glass, stained glas and pottery. Cut out your design, place in water for a few seconds, position, squeegee, dry and fire. For more than one color let decal dry for a few minutes, add the next color in the same manner. Decals can be overlapped on the first, second or third firings.

Solid Color Decals

Apply to a fired surface, dry and fire. Not for use directly on metal. With this you can get an even coat with sharp edges, straight or fancy curves. Because it is a decal there is no sifting, dust, wet charging, contamination. Cut the shape you want and apply.

Overglaze Painting Colors

(A.K.A. Screening Colors)

These are finely ground and strongly pigmented enamel colors. They may be used over a base coat of enamel with or without a top coat of transparent enamel. The eight colors selection including 913E, mixing white, can be mixed like paints to create almost any color that you wish. The 914E white liner can be used to make intense white lines over dark colors. You can apply the colors with either a brush or a pen. These colors are sold in the dry powder form and may be mixed with your choice of either an oil or water based medium. Also available in a premixed oil base.

Separation Enamel

Separation Enamel is painted in a linear design over 2-3 coats of prefired opaque and/or transparent enamels, with transparents being the final coat. When fired, the separation enamel changes the viscosity of the area producing a flowing or spreading effect similar to marbleizing. Dry and fire at 1450°F - 1550°F for 2-5 minutes. Longer firing times result in more spreading and flowing. Separation enamel available in dry powder or oil base medium.

Liquid Form Enamel Colors - For spraying or dipping. When used over medium temperature - medium expansion enamel 2008 clear, 1006 white or 1997 black a crackle effect can be produced. Add water to thin. Can be mixed to create other colors. This product can be sprayed from an air brush or air gun.
