Ordering Information

When ordering please include your phone number and best hours to contact you so that we can check with you if there is any question regarding your order. Completely fill out the order blank included with the catalog. Packages weighing under 2 pounds are sent via U. S. Postal Service. The rest are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Since UPS cannot deliver to a post office box, a street address is a must for UPS shipment.
Sales Tax

Nevada residents need to add their local sales tax or submit a signed certificate with their order indicating their resale number and that they are purchasing for resale. If you need a resale certificate card to fill out please let us know.
Shipping Charges

We attempt to keep shipping charges as low as possible. In the continental United States if your package weighs less than one pound we will ship via the U. S. Postal Service if you would prefer. For clients in Hawaii and Alaska we ship via the U.S. Postal Service.

All orders are sent F.O.B. Gardnerville, NV, except for Vcella Kilns® that are F.O.B. Chula Vista, CA..

Adjustments or Returns
Upon receipt of your order please inspect the contents and notify us immediately of any discrepancy or damage by calling for a return authorization at 1-800-525-5959. This will allow us to serve you in a more efficient manner. We can replace, exchange or refund for any purchase that is incorrect, damaged or defective in any way. All other returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Product Availability

We make every effort to be stocked on every item in the catalog so that we may ship your order complete. Occasionally we must back order and ship at a later date. If for any reason you do not wish to have items backordered, please mark you order form indicating one of the following choices: a) please contact me for substitutions, b) cancel out of stock items. Back orders are shipped promptly upon receipt of out of stock items. We ship all orders in the order they are received.
